ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 sticks butter or vegan margarine, room temperature
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs or the 2 egg equivalent of egg replacer
instructions:
- in a small bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda, set aside.
- in a larger bowl mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
- add eggs and blend till completely mixed.
- gradually add dry ingredients and blend until completely incorporated.
- bake at 375 for about 7-10 minutes depending on size, about 25-30 for cookie bars.
