ingredients:
- 1/2 package lasagna noodles
- 2 26 oz spaghetti sauce
- 1 15-16 oz ricotta cheese, (it calls for 16 but i can only find 15,
but it works fine.)
- 1 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
- 1 lb shredded mozzerella
- 1/2 c shredded parmesan
- 2 eggs beaten, (eggs, i know it's weird)
- chopped parsley
instructions:
- combine ricotta, spinach, half the mozzerella, parmesan, eggs, and parsley.
- in a 13x9 pan, layer 2 c sauce.
- then half of the noodles.
- half of the remaining sauce.
- add spinach mixture.
- sprinkle on half remaining mozzerella.
- now layer rest noodles and cover with remaining sauce.
- cover with foil.
- bake at 350 degrees for 45 min - 1 hr.
- uncover, put on the rest of the mozzerella and bake for another 15 minutes.
